There is no wrong decision

Many times we struggle with paralysis through analysis. We want to be quite certain that we are making the right decision. However, at a certain point, all decisions are good ones. All decisions are options weighed by your friends, employees, managers, counselors, and advisers. Listen to these people.

Know that when you are faced with a fork in the road - where both paths lead to the same destination, we can choose the road less traveled - or not. Trust must be given that either choice made will be the right choice.

The point is, that sometimes there is no good or bad choice. There is only a choice. And in that case, the worst thing you can do is make no choice at all. Next time you find yourself in paralysis mode, remember one irrefutable truth: when you do nothing, nothing is just what will happen.
