I can see the tire is flat. I can see the pipe is leaking. I can see that the house is on fire. It is easy to call out what is wrong. It is easy to spot a fire, now putting it out...that's another story.
The people that can spot a fire are a dime a dozen. There is a reason why fire watchers are called fire watchers, but fire fighters are called heroes.
There is no shortage of the metaphorical "fire" at any given business. At this point in time the fire watchers sound the alarm - they yell to rooftops, "fire! don't you see? I told you so....I told you there would be a fire, and now there is one! everyone run, everyone panic!".......
This is when the heroes arrive. The truly valuable teams and talents within any given company, the firefighters. They risk their reputations, their potential promotions, sometimes their jobs. Ahh but, these are the very same teams and talents that continue to build positive reputations, that continue to be promoted, that the company will protect to retain at all costs.
....and they need all the help they can get.
