Timely Diagnosis is Hard - Treatment is Easy

I once had a professor tell me that a good doctor is one that can make accurate and timely (quick) diagnosis. He followed that statement by telling me that treatment is easy.

That is very true in marketing. Knowing what works and what doesn't, as well as diagnosing what to change and what levers to pull is mission critical in today's business world.

Focus on honing your diagnosis skills when it comes to marketing issues....the treatment should be obvious at that point.
